APRIL | Humble yet Mighty Dandelion

Dandelion is like a spark dropped from the Sun. If you're having a hard time shaking off the winter sluggishness, this "weed" is your friend. You don't need a juice fast or some other trendy form of deprivation to shed the stagnation, achiness, and slow digestion.

Dandelion is starting to peek out from under city sidewalks, poison-sprayed monocropped lawns, and industrial wastelands.

Its otherworldy ability to grow in any condition is a golden symbol of hope for those of us who are depleted and overextended (I'm pretty sure that's everyone right now) that we can not only survive, but we can actually thrive.

Come learn about and start to develop a relationship with this humble yet mighty flower. There will be a short talk followed by a deep embodied journey with Dandelion to receive teachings and healing directly from the plant. Please bring a cup of dandelion tea for the meditation.

You've tried various therapies, treatments, diets, and more, but you still feel off-track and lack clarity about what’s really important. You want to feel EMPOWERED, deeply connected to your intuition, and fully embodied in your role as co-creator of your life, and in your knowing and capacity for healing.

HOW IT WORKS.

This journey starts with you getting very clear on your symptoms and current state of health physically // mentally // emotionally // spiritually by completing a detailed wellness inventory form. Based on this assessment, I will create 3 bespoke herbal formulas that will support you in each month’s healing mission.

We will meet as a virtual community twice a month for 3 months, near the Full and New Moons for lessons, rituals, and Somatic Coaching. In between meetings, you will work with the herbal formulas, together with simple practices for nervous system resilience and rewiring, physical + emotional cleansing and detoxifying, and renourishing your body, mind and soul.

In this way, we honor the physical, energetic + emotional aspects of your healing. By addressing your CORE on all levels, you will experience true healing of the root cause of your health challenges, rather than just masking symptoms until they pop up again when triggered.

We start on the Full Moon Eclipse in Taurus 11.9.22 and end on the Full Moon in Leo 2.7.23. All sessions will be recorded for those who can't make it live. Deadline for registration and completion of the assessment form sent upon signup is 11.1.22.

The exchange is $700 for 3 months of biweekly group sessions, a group forum for posting questions and community connection, and 3 custom herbal formulas.

There is also an option to add on 3 private sessions with Diana to your group journey for only $188 ($888 total). In the 1:1 sessions, you will receive additional support in any capacity needed including energy healing, protocol personalization, or 1:1 somatic coaching.

This season is associated with the North direction on the Medicine Wheel, which brings in the wisdom of the Earth and our Elders. We align with this energy by embracing the stillness of our surroundings + going deep within, and connecting with our herbal allies, traditional earth-based practices, and modern biohacks to support ourselves both physically and spiritually through the dark days.

In this workshop, Diana will explore the energies of Winter and how they affect our inner and outer worlds through the lens of Vitalist Herbalism. We will focus on holistic support for our physical bodies before, during, and after an illness and we will also dive into plants + practices for bringing harmony to the mental and emotional challenges presented by this season.

Fern Olivia (@fernolivia) will bless us with the sound medicine of crystal bowls and Native American flute as we drink a potent infusion of Hibiscus and are guided by Diana into a meditation + movement co-created with this beautiful plant ally.  

Plant Spirit Meditation combines mindfulness, somatic experience + embodied movement. The 4 Elements—Air, Fire, Water, Earth—are the foundation of all creation.  All plants are composed of a unique combination of these Elements and by ingesting them consciously, they bridge us to the energies that flow through all living things, increasing our self-awareness, creativity, and connection with Mother Earth.

The plants communicate with us by shifting + transforming the elements of our own body and by placing mindful awareness on our sensual experience, we reach deeper levels of embodiment of our soul essence.

All proceeds will be contributed to Futuro Nativo, an organization that promotes sustainable, economic growth in indigenous communities. It is with much gratitude + devlotion that we offer back to the wisdom keepers that have kept the healing practices alive.
