Embodied Herbalism Circle: Spring Illumination with Birch Tree

Monthly Embodied Herbalism Circle

Herbal Healing Circle is a monthly container where we will gather to learn how to live in sacred alignment with your body and the cycles of Nature

March Embodied Herbalism Circle | Spring Illumination with Birch

In Spring, when the daytime temperatures are above freezing and the nights still enveloped in winter’s cold, the Birch sap begins to flow. This mirrors Birch’s ability to gently move the sap of the human body – our blood flow.

This Way Shower, whose white bark illuminates the dark forest, awakens us from our winter slumber, grounds us into the new beginnings of Spring, and nurtures our visions. Birch's cleansing medicine supports the harmony of our liver, blowing away the debris so we can move forward with ease.

Come learn about the energetics of Spring, how it relates to the liver and our digestive system as a whole, and how the medicine of Birch can help you harness this expansive seasonal energy for increased radiance, resilience, and personal power.

There will be a short ritual or guided meditation to integrate the teachings into your being. You'll also have an opportunity to share your healing intentions, ask questions about your health challenges, and receive personalized guidance on how you can reclaim your health and wellbeing.

About the Event.

We dive deeply into understanding the physical and spiritual characteristics of one plant each month, interwoven with the energies of the season.

In these circles guided by Diana Leahy, Clinical Herbalist, and Somatic Coach, we will explore as a community how you can nourish yourself with herbal medicine and embodied ritual, including individual wellness support.

Diana approaches herbalism through a truly holistic framework that takes into account the physical, emotional, and spiritual roots of dis-ease.

By participating, you agree to maintain confidentiality around anything shared.
