You’re getting through your days, but it’s taking more out of you than it should.

Work feels harder.

Evenings feel like something to get through.

And nothing you’ve tried has really fixed it.

I help high-achieving women get to the root of why they feel like sh*t and actually fix it.

Smiling woman with long dark hair wearing a beige wide-brimmed hat, striped shirt, brown scarf, and beige cardigan, sitting in a field of tall, dry grass with trees showing fall foliage in the distance under a partly cloudy sky.

This might sound familiar:

  • You white-knuckle your way through the workday and by 4pm you're running on your 3rd flat white, fumes, and resentment.

  • Your gut is staging a full revolt despite the bone broth, the probiotics, and that New Year elimination diet you actually stuck to.

  • You sit in your car finishing the chocolate you grabbed at the Whole Foods checkout, just trying to get enough energy to go inside.

  • You count down the hours until you can crawl into bed only to find yourself wide awake, scrolling at 3am.

  • You’re doing everything “right,” cycle syncing, cold plunging, journaling, magnesium, adaptogens. and still feel like shit.

  • You know you're being gaslit when you hear "your labs are normal" and "you just need to relax more."

You’re tired of being the one who has to figure everything out.

And it doesn’t make sense that you’re still stuck.

IT’S NOT ONE ISSUE. IT’S A PATTERN.

Most approaches treat symptoms in isolation.

One practitioner looks at your gut.
Another looks at your hormones.
Someone else tells you it’s stress.

But nothing connects it. That’s why nothing fully resolves.

I focus on what's driving them across your gut, hormones, stress physiology, and emotions.

Not as separate problems, but as one interconnected system. So we change the pattern, not just manage it.

HOW I WORK

I work across three levels—physical, mental-emotional, and energetic—at the same time.

This work draws on: Clinical herbalism · Functional medicine · Somatic coaching · Nervous system science · Neurocognitive retraining · Behavior change

All of it built into a protocol that's specific to you. Not a template, not a one-size-fits-all plan.

If your body is loud, it's because subtle didn't work. That's not dysfunction. That's escalation.

WHAT CHANGES

Your energy comes back. Not the kind you manufacture with caffeine and willpower, but the kind that's actually there when you wake up.

Your digestion settles. Your cycle stops being something you brace for. Your ChatGPT history stops reading like WebMD.

And then the bigger stuff: you start hearing yourself again. You show up differently in your work, your relationships, your life.

You don’t have to push harder, you can actually shift what’s underneath.

HOW TO GET STARTED

Hi, I'm Diana.

I'm a Clinical Herbalist and Board-Certified Health Coach based in the Hudson Valley. Before this work, I spent a decade as a corporate litigation attorney in New York, high-functioning, accomplished, and quietly falling apart.

My own health crisis in 2013 sent me on a years-long search through conventional medicine, functional medicine, herbalism, and nervous system science. That search is this practice. What I offer now is the synthesis of everything I've learned clinically, somatically, and personally.

I work with a small number of clients at a time so each person gets my full attention and support.

LET’S GET STARTED

Not sure where to start? You don’t need to figure that out on your own.
