The ecosystem is healthy when it is flowing with all elements in balance. But our lifestyle of non-stop stress, fear, disconnection, suppressed emotions and expression, staunches our flow. This allows parasites, fungus and candida, which are all part of a normal microbiome, to grow unchecked.
Parasite overgrowth shifts our ecosystem from a clear, strong river valley to a toxic, stagnant swamp land. Stagnation caused by parasites in your system shows up as:

The Cleanse // No dietary restrictions are required but I will share best practices for optimizing the cleanse
Beginners start with the Cellcore Foundational Cleanse Kit to open the drainage pathways and prepare for deeper cleansing. This cleanse will start start the day before the full moon and will continue for one month until the next full moon.
Experienced cleansers will use the Cellcore Para Kit for this cleanse which includes three herb blends and one binder to mop up toxins that are released from the die off. The beginner parasite cleanse is 3 days long. For more experienced parasite cleansers, you may increase to to 5 or 7 days.

I will be holding a virtual Full Moon Release Ceremony + Group Coaching on Tuesday 6.14.22 at 7:15 pm EST aligned with the astrological themes of the Sagittarius Full Moon honoring the energetic + emotional aspect of the cleanse as well as the parasites and the lessons they may be holding. You will have the opportunity to receive Somatic Coaching around any challenges arising for you. It’s not necessary to attend in order to do the cleanse but we do heal more powerfully in community.

It is recommended to do parasite cleansing for several cycles a few times per year. For those that have never parasite cleansed, a longer cleansing period may be indicated. In line with this wisdom, I will be holding these full moon release circles for at least 3-4 full moons and encourage you to join for as many as you feel called.
