HERBAL ANTIVIRAL RECIPE
〰️4-5 chunks chaga (can be reused 4x - freeze between use)
〰️handful of each of the following: dandelion root, burdock root, fo ti root
〰️1 large slice dried reishi
〰️simmer very lightly or slow cook, covered, in 9-10 cups water for 4-8 hours (it will reduce to abt 8 cups)
〰️strain and sip 2 -3 cups per day
〰️optional: add coconut milk and raw honey
〰️store in fridge
